Laurie is truly one of the best real estate agents you could find anywhere, but especially in the Mar Vista/Venice/Santa Monica area. We sold our house and bought a new house with Laurie. She is the definition of full service – she literally becomes a welcome member of your family, helping out wherever help is needed. She arranged our pod, multiple
stagers to come give us quotes, and when we threw her a curveball and wanted to stage ourselves, she even brought her own things over to help. She let us store things in her garage, and called a gardener to spruce up our landscaping and a handyman to touch up some things that needed fixing around the house. She is honest, hardworking and very diligent and thorough. She was an incredibly tough but fair negotiator, which is high praise coming from two people who do that for a living! We have used other real estate agents in the past that we have also liked, but when we went with Laurie, we never looked back- there is no one that could have helped us get our contingent offer on a new house accepted, given us so much help to list our existing house so quickly, and then get it into escrow after only 6 days during the slowest time of year. The way she gave us the royal treatment, we thought we were her only clients, only to find out later that she had multiple other active listings. You won’t find another agent that can do what she does – she really is “tiny but mighty”!
