Was it stressful? Yes, selling your home always is. Did she help assuage our fears and shepherd us through the process? She went above and beyond. In fact, she even lent us her open house signs for the garage sale we had before moving, going so far as to print and post our address with ‘Yard Sale’ to help spread the word. Her and her team even dog sat our little guy during private showings so we didn’t have that to worry about in the middle of the workday. She just helped, in any way that she could, to make our lives easier.

On the flip side, the buying experience went just as smoothly. She was our advocate and record keeper for the things the seller promised, and she stayed on top of our lender and our escrow company herself to ensure our closing stayed on track.

In a million other ways large and small Laurie Woolner was a genuine partner through our sale and purchase. I would recommend her unreservedly. And while I believe that she helped us into our ‘forever home’, if for some reason we do need to go through this process again she will without a doubt be my first call.
