To say that Laurie is Tiny but Mighty is a bit of an understatement. It’s more accurate to describe her as a force of nature. We recently sold at a great price, the market was just starting to swing back, but like Cool-Hand Luke she worked the angels just right. The staging was wonderful. She found us multiple quotes from vendors to match our price point and really presented the property. A lot of Realtors will force their people on you, but she had a great variety to choose from, that we ended up with a very polished product that attracted a most satisfactory final price. All communication was timely and documents were easily handled online using docusign.
