Her skill and expertise were instrumental in obtaining a sale price significantly higher than our asking price. In a process that can inevitably produce tensions and anxieties, she was consistently patient and professional, and her communication was excellent from beginning to end. In our case, we took her suggestion to “stage” the house for showings, and I believe that we more than made back this investment, as reflected in the higher sale price.
